The UK Decision Ledger

What actually happens when people fight back.

Last verified 5 Jun 2026 · Source anonymised opt-in user outcomes + ≥30 threshold per category

SortedUK is the first UK consumer-help platform that publishes its own outcomes — every Council Tax band challenge, every PIP appeal, every parking fine appeal, every benefit claim, every refund — in public. Sourced to real users who opted in to share their result anonymously.

Honest note: this ledger starts small. Sorted launched as a no-login service, so today outcomes are recorded only by users who saved a case to their Passport and came back to mark how it went. Once SortedUK Ltd is registered at Companies House and the ICO Tier 1 fee is paid, accounts unlock — and this becomes the national UK Decision Ledger. The first aggregated public stat will be published once we have ≥30 verified outcomes in any single category. Until then: small, honest, growing.

Why we publish this.

Every UK consumer-help service tells you what they offer. Almost none of them tell you whether it works. SortedUK is the first to publish its own track record — not selectively, not after editing, not on a media release. Every category. Every outcome. Honest about wins and losses.

This is the single hardest thing for a competitor to copy. A new platform can clone the look in three weeks. The outcome data takes three years to build. Once Sorted is the only UK consumer site you can verify by results, councils + media + government start citing this page as the canonical reference.

1
Anonymous always We never publish anything that could identify a user. Each row is a count, a rate, an average — nothing about who.
2
Verified where possible Users can optionally upload a redacted decision letter (VOA, DWP, PCN cancellation, FOS letter) so we can verify the outcome. Verified rows are flagged.
3
Compared to national baselines Each category shows the official UK published baseline (DWP, NHS, FOS, Energy Ombudsman, etc.) alongside Sorted's number — so you can see whether using Sorted helps or hurts compared to the average.

Help the next person. Share your outcome.

If you used Sorted to challenge a Council Tax band, claim a benefit, appeal a fine, or fight a charge — open your Passport, find the saved case, and mark how it went. That one click is what turns Sorted into the only UK consumer-help platform with a public win rate.
