SortedUK is a free UK consumer-help platform with a tiny commercial surface — all of it disclosed publicly. Three B2B routes available post-foundations: UK councils + housing associations licensed access to anonymised consumer-help outcomes; UK charities partner integration for shared client tracking; UK employers Sorted Workplace as employee benefit. No affiliate fees, no covert deals, all contract value disclosed at /sources.
Every partnership disclosed publicly.
Per the SortedUK trust pledge: every B2B partner + contract value range listed at /sources. We never accept covert commercial relationships. We never take affiliate fees.

Each link opens the full detail: what's included, how data is anonymised, indicative pricing tiers + how to enquire.
UK councils + housing associations — Citizen Stability Dashboard
The first UK council product. A licensed dashboard showing aggregated anonymised SortedUK consumer-help outcomes from residents who opted in to share. Track patterns by ward / postcode / category. Identify hotspots (Council Tax Reduction underclaim, Pension Credit gap, debt enforcement risk, scam exposure) before they become crises.
What you'd see in the dashboard
- Benefits underclaim heat map — which wards in your area have the largest Pension Credit / Council Tax Reduction / Marriage Allowance gap (aggregate, anonymous, ≥30 records before publishing a ward)
- Debt pressure index — % of residents who opted in to share + reported priority-debt arrears + UC Advance applications
- Scam exposure tracker — types of UK scam letters spreading in your area + counts of residents who decoded each
- Crisis cluster alerts — when /crisis-mode usage in an area rises (eviction risk, redundancy, mental health) signalling service-need spike
- Success-rate comparison — how your area's UK appeal/complaint success rates compare to national baselines (PIP MR, Council Tax band challenge, Section 75)
How anonymisation works
Residents opt in to share their outcome (already shipped in Passport per v304). Only the category + outcome + amount + postcode area (sector level, e.g. SW1 not full code) is aggregated. No individual identifiable. ≥30 records required per cell before publication. Verified against UK ICO + Information Governance Toolkit standards.

UK charities — Partner Integration
SortedUK routes thousands of users per month to Citizens Advice, StepChange, Shelter, Turn2us, MoneyHelper, Samaritans, Refuge, Age UK + Carers UK. Right now these are unidirectional links. The partner integration formalises the relationship: pre-filled case context, return-of-outcome data, shared insights.
What the integration provides
- Pre-filled case briefings — when a user clicks "Call Citizens Advice" from a Sorted case, the case context (anonymised) can pre-fill in your CRM via a secure API. Saves your adviser 5-10 minutes of triage per call.
- Return-of-outcome — when your team resolves a case, you can post (with user consent) the outcome back to Sorted's Decision Ledger. Strengthens the public UK outcomes dataset.
- Shared insights dashboard — same insights view as the Citizen Stability Dashboard, scoped to your service area. Tracks scam patterns, benefit gaps, enforcement risk for your client base.
- Quarterly partnership brief — UK insights paper jointly authored, branded with both logos, distributed to UK media + government.
What it doesn't cost
The partner integration is free for UK registered charities (Charity Commission / OSCR / CCNI registered). We don't charge Citizens Advice, StepChange, Shelter, Samaritans etc. for any of this. The cost to us is engineering time; the benefit is mutual reach + a stronger UK public Decision Ledger.
Why this is free: per the
SortedUK pledge, we never profit from user confusion. Charging UK consumer-help charities to route to them would be exactly that pattern. So we don't. This is mutual support of the UK consumer-help ecosystem.
Enquire for your UK charity
Email charities@sorteduk.uk with your charity registration number + service area + integration interest. We'll respond within 5 working days. Pre-Companies House Ltd: expressions of interest welcomed, formal MoU signed once foundations are in.

The honest boundaries.
What we'll never accept (per /promise):
- Covert B2B deals not disclosed publicly at /sources
- Payment from any UK firm that benefits from user confusion (debt-management firms, claims-management companies, "free credit score" lead-gen, comparison sites that take affiliate fees on regulated decisions)
- Behavioural advertising on logged-in user data
- Selling raw or partially-anonymised user data to brokers or anyone outside disclosed council/charity/employer partnerships
What we will do: the three disclosed routes above, plus the optional SortedUK Pro subscription for individuals. Total addressable revenue, full transparency, no surprises.
If any partnership we're approached for doesn't fit the pledge, we'll decline + log the decline at /corrections if appropriate. Public accountability is part of the model.
