Free tools you can put on your website, printable cards for your front desk, and wording you can copy. You don’t need to sign anything or tell us, and none of it costs money.

The tools explain letters and point people to official sources and free advice. SortedUK is independent and is not a government body.

1. Put a free tool on your website

Copy the code into any page. Each tool sits in a frame on your site, links to the full SortedUK page for more help, and our embeds page lists what each one does.

Quick Decoder

Turns a pasted UK letter into a short plain-English summary, with a link to the full decoder.

Scam Check

Checks a pasted text or email that might be a scam and gives a verdict, with a link to the full check.

UK Helpline Finder

Pick a problem and see UK helplines with opening hours and whether calls are free, with 999 at the top.

2. Print cards for your front desk

Each card has a QR code that opens the tool on a phone. Print this page on A4: the cards print two to a row, without the rest of the page.
