Pregnancy Journey · UK week-by-week

Your UK pregnancy, week by week.

Tell us your due date. Sorted shows what's happening this week, the NHS appointments coming up, your maternity rights, and the UK money + grants you may be missing — in plain English, in the order that matters.

Always seek medical help for: heavy bleeding, severe headache with vision changes, severe one-sided pain, fluid leaking, baby moving much less than usual, or any symptom you're worried about. Call NHS 111 or your midwife — you can ALWAYS call out of hours. Life-threatening: 999.

When is your baby due?

Your due date sets the timeline. It's calculated from the first day of your last period (LMP) + 40 weeks, or from a dating scan. Don't worry about being exact — you can edit it later.

If you don't know yet, pick roughly 40 weeks from your last period.
